Doug is the founder of Doug Williams and Associates (DWA). A results oriented business consultant Doug is experienced in designing and implementing strategic plans and business systems. His key strength is the ability to originate and implement change. Doug has expertise in financial, operations and general management in companies experiencing rapid change in both high growth and start-up situations. He has served on the Board of Directors for 2 companies.
Prior to becoming a consultant, Doug spent 26 years in management, 22 of these years in senior management positions across a wide range of industries. During this time, Doug defined and put in place many key business systems and improvement strategies to create profitable operations.
Doug has an MBA from Pepperdine University and an undergraduate degree in Biology and Chemistry from CSU Northridge.
Tim works in sales to help design web solutions for our customers business needs. In addition to web programming, Tim is skilled in C, Visual Basic and PLC.
Tim is experienced as a computer repair technician at two computer support companies. He has a BS degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Washington State University, Vancouver and a two year degree from Rhema Bible Training Center, Oklahoma.
Tricia manages our Search Engine Optimization process and develops website marketing content for our client’s websites and advertising campaigns.
Tricia’s experience was developed as a corporate manager in marketing and sales for the telecommunications industry with GTE and Verizon. She has a BS degree in Entrepreneurial Studies from the School of Business at the University of Southern California.
